Hi! My name is Alyssa Kathryn Ballou. I started teaching myself to bake 20 years ago! It’s been my dream to own a bakery since I was a college student. I have lived in Flagstaff since 2007 and we purchased our home in Railroad Springs in 2015. I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 7 years, spending most of my time chasing my son around the neighborhood.
I am so excited to be opening a micro-bakery in our neighborhood! I will be taking orders every week from Thursday through Sunday. Pickup will be available at my home at the corner of Adirondack Ave and Burlington St every Wednesday afternoon.
